Terms and Conditions

I give WELS the right to use my image and comments for publicity purposes related directly to the mission of WELS, WELS Youth Night, or WELS Discipleship. I understand that I will not be given any creative control over the use of the images. I further understand that I will not be compensated should the images and/or comments be used.
I release and forever discharge WELS and any photographer or production company used by WELS to take or reproduce photographs against all actions and claims.

As parent/legal guardian of my child/ward, I acknowledge that I remain fully responsible for any actions taken by my child/ward. I release from liability and forever discharge WELS, their agents and volunteers, successors and assigns, directors, trustees, officers, employees, and other representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses and causes of action either at law or in equity that I may have as a result of my child’s/ward’s participation in the 2022 WELS Youth Night. I do hereby expressly stipulate, and agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless WELS, their agents and volunteers, successors and assigns, directors, trustees, officers, employees, and other representatives against loss from any and all present or future liability, claims, losses, demands, or actions in law or in equity that may hereafter be made or brought by me or my child/ward, by anyone on behalf of me or my child/ward, or by anyone else on their own behalf for damages or any other legal or equitable remedy on account of any injury, illness, physical condition, inconvenience, property damage, or loss sustained by me or my child/ward during the 2022 WELS Youth Night or travel to and from the same.
